Data’s  request and handling

On the moment a User decides to register himself at our job offers, it will be asked data only strictly needed to that purpose (to this section of our web site).

To make this form more effective, with complementary information, it will be necessary to provide some personal data, such as : name, address, phone nr., email, studies, profession and further information needed to the function of our’s company work offers.

The data provided by our applicants, will be incorporated to our applicants file, which is registered at the “Data Protection Agency of Andorra”, under the same name.

Pyrénées S.A, has adopted the necessary measures to assure the security of the personal data, as well as to avoid its alteration, loss, handling or non-authorized access, adapting to the established law of  15/2003,  18 of  December – Personal Data Protection.

Once pressed the sent button, the User is giving expressed and clear consent to handle his data, as well as his concession to the companies of the same group.

Access rights, rectification, suppression and opposition

The User may exercise his right of access, rectification, suppression and opposition, thus having to communicate it by written to the Pyrenees S.A.  Human Resources at Av. Meritxell, 11, of Andorra la Vella at Principat d’Andorra.
